 Shipping Policy


Lost / Damaged Parcel Guarantee that all products shipped from will reach OUR CUSTOMERS  in its Original Condition! Insured all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customers do not have to pay for the insurance). In case of a lost or damaged parcel, will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!

Local / Malaysia Shipping


MyHyperStore offers Free PosLaju Shipping for order above RM50 within Malaysia! For large parcel, we use Poslaju for shipping (Peninsular Malaysia). Some large volume / heavy weight product will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak (shown at product page).


For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 3.00pm Malaysia time. Courier company (PosLaju) normally take 1-2 days to make delivery to the address. MyHyperStore will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped. Please contact MyHyperStore if you did not receive your parcel within 5 days after shipped. MyHyperStore is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipped date.


For special order item, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. In most cases, products will be obtained and ship out within a week.


International Shipping


International shipping is via POSLAJU / EMS (Express Mail Services). Estimated shipping travel time is 3~5 business days. Shipping cost can be checked by adding the product to your shopping cart at

Q: What are your delivery hours?

A: Package will be delivered between 09:00- 18:00 on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekend or public holidays.


Q: How long before I receive myhyperstore order?

A: Myhyperstore makes every effort to deliver your order within 6-8 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) once the package is shipped from our outlet. Myhyperstore is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or high shipping volume. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you the estimated delivery date.


 QIs it necessary for me to provide Identification details when I receive the package?

ANo, it isn’t. The authorized / intended recipient will sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package. A signature is required at the time of delivery for your package.


QWhat should I do when I receive the package?

AAll Myhyperstore packages are in perfect condition and are sealed at our outlet before they are shipped to you. Please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If you are concerned about the condition of the package, please do not sign to accept the delivery. Simply hand it back to the courier and we will replace the items for you. Please note that it will take a few days for us to arrange a redelivery. If the product in the box is damaged or missing when you open the package, please contact Myhyperstore Customer Service at 04-2625523 to get further assistance.


QDo you deliver to PO Boxes?

ANo, we can only deliver to an address that is not a PO Box. Someone must sign for acceptance of the package at the delivery address.


QWhat happens if I have given the wrong delivery address?

AOnce the order has been shipped, we don’t allow to change the delivery address and you may contact our delivery partners for package self-collection. In the case an order has been delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email. Our delivery agents will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact Myhyperstore or the delivery agents to arrange for a redelivery. If you do not contact us within 5 days, the package will be returned to Myhyperstore Outlet and we will refund your money and we will charge a penalty charge of RM50.
